please clarify that E way bill. whether it's mandatory to register E Way bill?

If you are dealing in Inter-state Sales or Intra-State Sale (beyond 10 Km) and your Consignment value is more than ₹50,000 , then generation of e-way bill is mandatory.
E-way Bill can be generated either by the Supplier or by the Transporter or by the Recipient of the goods by simply registering in the e-way bill official website- www.ewaybill.nic.in.

Also, there is no compulsion that the traders who have registered themselves in the GST Regime should also register themselves with the e-way bill portal.
