Dear friends,
1. Can all the resolutions of the AGM be passed through e-voting system?
2. If yes, then suppose all the resolutions have been passed through e-voting by all the members of the Company, then whether still AGM needs to be conducted by the Company?

Yes AGM need to be conducted wherein proper quorum should be present.
