It is portal glitch sir,
try to e varify , not from itr utilityl, but , option given ,to e varify, as soon as we open portal, and before we log in,
still not able to e varify, try after , 2 or 3 day, & also lodge complaint to cpc

Don't try ITR filings in mobiles, please try in PC or laptops...
then everify will success

EVerify through Aadhaar OTP is workig fine now. Please try that option.
