E-verification rejected

Time limit issued for verification of ITR is 120 days, after that it gets invalidated.

You can file return for AY 2015-16, only if any refund is due, (u/s. 119(2b)); by filing request for condonation of delay in filing ITR/ ITR V with  your Jurisdictional JCIT/ITO

SIR, I HAVE E VRIFIED THROUGH AADHAR OTP AND IT SHOWED AS YOUR CONDONATION REQUEST REJECTED .

SIR,WHAT IS THE MEANING OF "PART OF THE MONTH" UNDER SECTION 44 AE.

That which did not prolong to full month, may be a day or 29 days but not full 30/31 days....

E-verification within specified time cannot get rejected. File condonation request manually to file ITR afresh.

What date did you "Everify" the condonation request and on what date was it rejected?

Since I was out of the country, I had to request a family member to send to CPC, a "Scanned" , hard copy of signed ITR V form for AY 2018-19. This was rejected on the grounds that "ITR V Not signed in original" . A fresh ITR V hard copy, duly signed was posted from India, more than a month back. Still the status on website shows " ITR Rejected", and my ITR processing is not undertaken. What should I do ??

It means the second ITRV is still under manual process.......... No need to worry, it will be considered. (It may take some more time to get it uploaded in system)
