FILED ITR WITH THE GOVERNMENT WEBSITE incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
and verified with OTP ALSO.
BUT WHEN IT WAS PUT TO THE E-VERIFY RETURN IT IS SHOWING NO RECORD FOUND

THE INCOME TAX RETURN HAS BEEN VERIFIED IT IS DONE FOR ASSESSMENT FOR THE IT AUTHORITIES.
There is No technical error, it's all right..
E-VERIFY RETURN tab show the Return which is still pending for e- verification, So, if it's showing "No record found" means No Return pending for e- verification.. That's means that your return already verified correctly.
You can See your return filed as below:
1. Logon to ‘e-Filing’ Portal www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Go to the ‘My Account’ menu and Click ‘View e-Filed Returns / Forms’.
3. Select the income tax return option from the dropdown and click 'Submit' to view the details of the e-Filed Rreturn.
You can check your all filed Return, or its latest status here...
