my client receiving notice from iT dept your return not is verified. but in my account it is showing it is successfully e verified.
like wise pan not linked with aadhaar but it was actually linked. showed ..

Check if any other (e-filling) account also linked to the mobile; otherwise need not worry.
You can check profile section on ITax portal the status of pan- Aadhar link.
in so far as everify is concerned , try to eVerify again and if it appears in pending then eVerify again to shut the issue.
