One of the Central Govt. Department's branch does not have any PAN number ( i.e., for the deductor) . But they have TAN and have deducted TDS and paid the same. Can we file e-tds return without its PAN? (Deductees' PAN are fully available).
Can we use the PAN of the HO( which is also not available at their end.)
Please let me know what to do?

For the present situation of filing e-tds return, fill PANNOTREQD in the PAN field and validate the file. But every organisation is required to have both PAN and TAN.
I request to ask the same question in Expert panel for further clarrification.
According to me the above will validate the file for the time being.
