Is there any penalty for late submission of E TDS Quarterly return. We have not filed the e tds return for all the 3 quarter so far? what could be the penalty/interest amount for late submission?

There is a penalty provision of100 per day, for delayed filing of Quarterly statement under TDS or TCS.

can you provide me the section no also for clarification because i was told that there is no such penalty for late submission. can you quantify the amount also and let us know
