Readymade garments sales i.e tax invoices
Please let me know the above transactions required E sugam forms compulsory. With reference to the notifications dated 23th dec 2011 the E sugam forms are not compulsory.

Use of e-sugam is not compulsory for sale or purchase of ready made garments.However, in the same circular , for quick clearance through checkposts it is advised for all sales and purchases to upload the information on e-sugam web site and get a print copy and the unique no it gives.
