Customer invoiced the item in Chennai branch and got it delivered from Bangalore branch. in this case the branch delivered the product has done a 'virtual transfer' to Chennai branch. In this perticular case whether E-Sugam form is applicable?

Since the goods need to be transported from Bangalore to Chennai need to generated E sugam form. you can have option
Since invoice from Chenni. you can show as branch transfer from Bangalore to chennai branch
Is e sugam required for sending free replacement to Bangalore?
