IF there is a head office(eg.Delhi), and a branch office(Bangalore / Mumbai) in india and they don't have TIN number. TIN number is only for the head office. How can the branch office get the E-sugam so that the goods (electonic) they can get into the office and also move it out.
If this is an Electronic Engineering org.
