u Can file belated return....

for F Y 09-10 you can file belated return upto 31.3.2012.

for F Y 08-09 you can't file a return because for this last date was 31.03.2011

Just take the print out and sign it and send it to bangalore .I also did the same .Once this is done 143(1) assessment will be done immediately 

Fine,  Actually my brother is supposed to received Refund at an average of Rs.2000 for two years.. 

Whether, this is possible whether IT DEPT will give the refund.

yes ur brother will get refund by way of credit to his bank account
