As we have a provision that minimum administration charges for epf and edli are rs 5 and rs 2 per month.is such minimum charges are for each employee i.e for each member of PF fund or as a whole for month?

I agree with you about minimum administration charges. Now Employees' Provident Fund scheme is 1.10% of total wages on which Provident Fund is recovered subject to a minimum of Rs. 5/- shall be payable by the employer every month .
