Recently, IT Deptt. has introduced e-Nivaran platform for redressal of tax payers issues in paperless manner.
A request has been made on 28th Aug 2016 which is still pending as it is. It is not known if any progress is there or not.
My question is - is there any time limit defined for e-Nivaran?
Or how to know the progress on e-Nivaran
You can check the progress status with the acknowledgement number generated while submitting the request.
Under e-nivaran menu option- grievance status is available.
1 month time limit defined by IT Department.

The other information is already available on website and I have been checking. Status remained so far the same "Pending".
e-Nivaran remains on paper only. That's what I feel.
There is no response or progress on request posted under e-Nivaran scheme on 28th Aug.
