E-MAIL HACKING

Hi,

I was told that companies have a policy to monitor employees, does this mean they are monitoring my emails as well? Why would the top level do that? I have business plans on my email to purchase 50 billion rupees worth corporates.... how can they leak my information in the name of corporate law and cause me irreversible damage? There should be new MCA guidelines regarding this don't you all agree?

Companies often monitor business communications to protect corporate interests, a practice usually defined in employment contracts or company policies. It is recommended to review your employment agreement and keep sensitive personal information separate from corporate systems. Consider consulting with a legal expert if you have concerns about the scope of monitoring in your workplace.
