what is the time limit for generating e invoice IRN NO. Turnover below 100 crores.

There is one advisory on GSTN portal regarding time limit to ganaretion of e.inv has been issued please refer that , also confirm with help desk on GSTN portal or CBIC help desk number ( advisory dated 12/4/2023 )
