While the e-way bill system provides a visual, transport-focused dashboard, the e-invoice portal is a repository for authenticated JSON/PDF files. For your regular tax compliance and input tax credit (ITC) verification, you should rely on your GSTR-2B on the main GST portal, which acts as the unified, official record of all your inward supplies, including those that were e-invoiced.
