E-Invoice Applicable from. 01.08.2023 5 crore.

Sir,
My turnover was above 5 crore in F. Y. 18-19, since than it was reduce upto 4 crore
from f. y. 19-20 to 22-23 so can i apply for E-Invoice yes or no.
