Our turnover is less than Rs10 crores. Supplier insisting on E invoice. whether we can issue E invoice and also regular invoice.

Yes you can issue e invoice there is mandatory above 10 cr but everyone issue e invoice if they need

Prepare regular invoice and copy, paste all the details in e invoice
