I have registered my Company on Einvocing Portal on15 March 2022 that I will Einvocing Gernate on this day or this Rule will be applicable to me from 1Apr 2022

First check eligibility conditions.
I have already read this notification but my query is That if I have registered on e- invoice portal 15 March 2022 then this Provision will be Applicable from this day
No, you will be liable to generate E-Invoice from 1st April 2022 onwards.
