E-form approval time
Hai Buddies,
I filed a Private Limited company's Annual Financial Report. That is e-form 23 AC & ACA on 16.10.2013, as it is the due date from the date of AGM.
My query is that today (18.10.2013) I went through the Company Master Data & View Public Documents link were there is no mentioning of the documents filed.
The date mentioned in the Company Master Data is 31.03.2012.
To my knowledge once the e-form 23 AC & ACA is uploaded successfully it will be displaced in the View Public Documents. But in this case I do not know what happened.
Please help me.

Hi,
Form 23AC-ACA is processed by the MCA under Straight Through Process (STP)....it means, once it is filed it is immediately approved without any examination......but the MCA takes time in displaying the same in the View Public Documents page....
So, in my view, you wait for few more hours, maybe say till evening and then check......
