E-form approval time

Hai Buddies, I filed a Private Limited company's Annual Financial Report. That is e-form 23 AC & ACA on 16.10.2013, as it is the due date from the date of AGM. My query is that today (18.10.2013) I went through the Company Master Data & View Public Documents link were there is no mentioning of the documents filed. The date mentioned in the Company Master Data is 31.03.2012. To my knowledge once the e-form 23 AC & ACA is uploaded successfully it will be displaced in the View Public Documents. But in this case I do not know what happened. Please help me.
