E Filing of ITR 6 with Digital Signature(1st Year Case)

Hi Everyone,

Today I went to file a Pvt Ltd Co's Return via ITR 6. While Registering the Digital Signature with UBS Token it is showing the follows:- "Validation Error: This is your First Return, Please register using new DTC with PAN after 01/08/10".

The Digital Signature of the Managing Director is Valid till 2011. Could you kindly sugest me what I have to do .... why do it saying to apply for a PAN after 1/8/10 as there are two director only and both have very old PAN.

Please guide me so that I can submit the return in time as without Digital Signature they are not allowign to file.

The Digital Signature should be encrypted with the PAN of the Signing Director with effect from 01/08/2010. If you don't have the encrypted DSC, then get a fresh one. Before filing the return register the digital signature with the Department. All the details and how to do it is attached in the file herewith.
