Please wait till June second or third week by when Form 26AS should be updated after which you can file return after validating the TDS figures.

Yes, wait till the 1st week of June, up to which the Form 26AS will get updated with entries about Q4 of FY 2021-22.
IF you will teh return with the TDS claim now, you will get an intimation of tax credit mismatch.
Not necessarily if the data is ñot reflected correctly in 26AS , WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
In case the data is not reflected correctly then he asks the deductor for Form 16A and if there is a discrepancy can ask for a revision of the TDS return
