Login into their respective PAN ID and check. only audit cases require digital signature
Log into incometaxindiaefiling.com website and use PAN number as the user id and get the password from your auditor in case you don't know it. Check the status if their returns. If the assessee does not fall into tax audit category, no digital signature required.
