I would like to know that in ITR 1 in address part what should I write current address or PAN card database address because in my pan card database it is register in utterpradesh but now I am living in west bengal , I am a salaried person and tds deducted I want to refund the same.
Please help me for the above matter.
from anywhere you can e file your return, but the department will communicate with address which is registered in your PAN data only.
