For E-Commerce operator GST registration is compulsory irrespective of the Turnover also you have file GSTR 8 monthly ,visit web site Gst.gov..in / Registration for more info .

Yes mandatory to obtain Registration in term of Section 24 of CGsT Act if supplying goods on behalf of E-commerce & Every e-commerce is who is deducting TCS as per Section 52 of CGST act

If turnover is below 20/ 40 lacs NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED IN CASE OF SUPPLY OF EXEMPT GOODS NO REQUIREMENT TO COLLECT TCS AS PER SEC.52
If you are supplying through E-commerce file GSTR1 and GSTR3B.If you are E-commerce to file GSTR8.Also you mandatory to obtain GST Registration in term of Section 24 of CGST Act,if supplying of goods on behalf of E-commerce & Every E-commerce is who is deducting TCS as pet Section 52 of CGST Act Applicable.
