E commerce registration

i am a director of a company. if we sell our produc through any e commerce platform, does we need to take any registration. we have gst registration.

Tcs registration is also mandatory in this respect

Yes as per Section 24 , it's mandatory to take Registration.

You can obtain Registration as Regular Dealer . (Normal Registration)

TCS is applicable for E-commerce Operator not for person supplying on behalf is e-commerce.(Refer Section 52 of CGST Act)

If i am promoting/supply goods through my own website should i am liable to take registration as a eCommerce

No .... as in this case the goods being delivered by you . (TCS is not applicable)
