E-brc in case of deemed export

E-BRC is a mandatory document for TED claim. Before 2012 Annexure 22B-manual BRC was there but later on it was no more acceptable.

If anyone can help with - 

I want to know the procedure for E-BRC, in case of deemed export where in no foreign currency is involved i.e. for domestic purchase, if a bank (Supplier's bank) have to issue E-BRC what shall be documents required from Buyer's end?
