dear sir plz tell me that whos issue e-1 form in case
A from noida B from delhi C rom mumbai
B place order to A for purchase machinery to him but deliver to C at mumbai this case A send machinery direct to mumbai and Bill send to B and ship to C please tell me that which -2 form isse by all dealers

You have three dealers Viz A of NOIDA<the manufacturer, B of Delhi,a trader,and C of Mumbai,the buyer.B places order to A and advices him to dispatch it to C.Here A has to issue E1 form and invoice to B,and B will issue another invoice to C. In return, 'C " forms will be given by C to B and B to A......mjk
