Is Security is needed for DVAT registration ???

We have recently made RADIATION PROTECTOR CHIPS for Mobile phone, computers, laptop etc. Please inform whether it will be trated as "accessories of Mobile phone & computers" and will be liable for 5% VAT under DVAT. The sale price of the same is less than 10,000/-
