List of documents required for DVAT Registration of Composite Dealer:-

1) PAN No. of the Proprietor/Partnership Firm/ Company (as the case may be).

2) Identity Proof of Proprietor/Partners/ Director of the company/ Authorized Signatory ( Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card. etc)

3) NOC of the landlord/ ownership proof/ Rent Agreement for the proof of principal place of business.

4) Bank account in the name of the Proprietorship Concern/ Partnership Firm/ COmpany ( as the case may be).

5) 1st purchase bill from the dealer registered under DVAT on Retail Invoice.

6) 1st Sale Bill with slip of courier or carriage ( Central Sale bill if you choose the composite schemes under which central transaction will make; other wise local sale bill).

7) Latest paid electricity bill/ Telephone Bill.

8) Rubber stamp on the name of Proprietorship Firm/ Partnership Firm/ Company with Address.

9) Rubber stamp on the name of Proprietorship Firm/ Partnership Firm/ Company for Director or Partner or Proprietor or Authorized Signatory as the case may be.

10) Payment shall be made online at the time of approval.

11) 4 Photograph of the proprietor or partner or director or Authorized Signatory ( as the case may be).

12) Detail of Additional place of business with all required documents.

 

Procedure for Registration:

1) Request for PAN Verification shall be made online under the link of New Registration on the Home page of DVAT on left side. Where it requires the following:

  • Name of the Proprietorship Firm/ Partnership Firm/ Company.
  • PAN No. of the Proprietor/ Partnership firm/ Company.
  • Aadhar Card or Voter ID card details of the proprietor / Partner / Director
  • Valid Email ID
  • Valid Mobile Number

2) After Verification of PAN, you can login under dealer by the reference id generated at the time of PAN verification request and password as your mobile number which you have entered in the request.

3) Then, you have to fill all details as required and upload documents as required and payment to be made. 

4) After the successful approval, VATI will visit your principal place of business and after submission of report by VATI, you could get RC.

 

Note :- General rate of composite scheme is 1% ( except for the composite schemes provided under the attached Notification)
