What does this mean? what i need to feed in this part?

It means that you have to provide details Pending Forms for the year which is pending for assessment under CST Act.

If you have made Central Sales against form , then you have to assess your sales and forms in front of VATO and he after assessment of the relevant year gives assessment order that all forms are submitted and available.
