YOU SHOULD FILL FORM DVAT 07 AND INTIMATE DEPARTMENT ABOUNT ANY AMENDMENT/CHANGE/ ADDITION/CANCELLATION ABOUNT YOUR VAT REGD. BUSINESS WITHIN ONE MONTH, IF NOT IT WILL ATTRACT PENALTY.

form 7 is submitted in the department physically
