Dear Uttam Ji,

if your query relates for Delhi, then for DVAT-04 Forms u just log to delhi vat site (dvat.gov.in) as dealer using ur ID & Password.

after logging u will see (in upper left hand side) submission. go there and click approval buttom (after payment of stamp duty & Taxes). after approval u must click on print option (below approval area). just sign all the forms and submit to those officers.

I applied for DVAT Registration online but I forget to take print out of DVAT-04 filled form and submit it and now the DVAT Inspector asking for the same. 

Please advise me from where I can download or take print out of my filled DVAT-04 application form.

Use your old login id & password (the login id & password which was used initialy during registration process). then only u can download Form DVAT 04 & CST. else send your details to my mail id: ca.rnj.co @ gmail.com
