Hi Guys. I've a doubt in duty drawback. I've come across companies tat do not import any raw materials but manufacture goods with the items available in local and export it to other countries, but they claim duty drawback? but they say generally that duty drawback is allowed on duty paid on purchase of import goods? how could that be possible?
Duty drawbck not related to purchase it's related to final product export.
so local purchase or import not effected to duty drawback.
