During ITR on new portal, it doesn't proceed further after making payment of self assessment tax

Hi, I was submitting ITR on new portal https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/ for FY 2020-21. During calculation it showed me that due to a dividend i received from mutual funds my total income differs than what my employer has informed and which was reflected on my Form-16 as well. So i corrected the values which required me to do a small payment for extra tax. But 'Pay Now' option only redirects to tin-nsdl site where i did the payment via net-banking. I have challan details with me but it doesn't redirects back to the e-filing portal which is still stuck at 'Pay Now' option. I can choose 'Pay Later' option but it still keeps showing me to make the payment. Thus; I can't complete my ITR filing process.

Kindly help me with the same.
