are ther any specific rules on this. please help me

no rule but it is better if u take monthly chq.
why wud u want to receive ur stipend at a later date? if u r doin real articles, u shud take it every month...

You can receive stipend cheque either monthly or yearly or halfyearly and advance also by mutual understanding
It's always better to receive stipend cheques monthly.
