I have made a duplicate ledger in tally 9, and after that point it is not opening, it only displays a error that tally exiting, dut to duplicate ledger in company, kindly guide what to do.

Just check that the balance under that ledger is transferred to original ledger if yes just delete this duplicate ledger
and it seems to me a technical probelm, irrespective of ledgers you create it should open....I suggest you speak to your Tally Service Provider as well
Yes ! it will not allow to open a duplicate Ledger and it will show error msg saying that it already exists.
As suggested Pl check with the Tally administrator/provider
