One of my client has received notice u/s 266G of the Companies Act, 1956 for holding 2 DIN. Now, the original DIN was used for being Director in a Company which is Active and the later was used for being Designated Partner in LLP which is under strike off as of now. The show cause notice u/s 266G has also asked for compounding of said offence u/s 621A of the Act and simultaneously file e-Form RD-1 along with form DIR-5 and other relevant attachments.
I need detailed help in this case.
