The last date for payment of PF deposit is 15th of every month and ESIC is 16th of every month. 5 days grace period is also allowed for both of them. i.e cheque should be cleared upto 20th/ 21th of the month.

what if salary for the kast month has not been paid?? i n such a case, do we still have to deposit the PF by the due date prescribed?

want to know that if p.f of nov. is paid on 20th of dec. by cheque. then it will be cleared or charge any penalty because last date of payment of p.f is 20h of every montyh..

you will not be allowed deduction under income tax act for this and non complinace with deposit the gove dues will also mentioned in 3cd
