Hi guys

please let me know the timelines for variou ITR filings

is it mandatory to file ITR1 on or before July 31st if there is no tax payable .

please advice

It is not mandatory to file return on or before 31 st july, if return is not taxable. But if return file after due date than you can't revise the return.
