Dear frds/ experts,

what is the due date for filing IT returns for companies (Tax audit) for F.Y.2019-20?

It's 31st October 2020 ( 31/10/2020 ) as of now. However various Tax Representative Bodies have written a letter to the Finance Ministry for seeking extension of the due date since GST Audit Report ( GSTR-9C ) and Tax Audit Report due date is clashing on 31st October 2020.

The date of Filing Tax Audit Report is 31st October 2020. And the date of filing income tax return is 30th November 2020
