Due Date of Statutory Audit and First AGM

First AGM of the company incorporated in Jan 2021 shall be on or before 31 Dec 2022.

If incorporated between April 2020 to Jan 2021 AGM shall be on or before 31 Dec 2021.

AGM Notice shall be sent 23 days before date of AGM. Hence signing of statutory audit report shall be done keeping that in mind, ie. 23 days before AGM it shall be signed.
