Q3  -1st Apr to 21st Apr

Q3  -11th Apr to 10th May

Anyone facing problem in filing Q3 return for 2016-17?

Anyone facing problem in filing Q3 return for 2016-17? Return is uploaded successfully BUT Preview of form-231 and form-IIE are not loaded onto newautomation Mahavat website. Even after submit of Q3 return, Preview is not available. PDF file is generated of ZERO (0) kb size.

SMS confirming uploading of Q3 return is received BUT email acknowledgement is not received in 2 days time.

Mahavat newautmation site seem not ready yet.

Anyone received acknowledgement for Q3 return 2016-17 from Mahavat dept? Please share your experience.

yes, facing too much problem in filing VAT returns, its being 3 days and  yet not received the acknowledgment for Q3 return 2016-17 from mahavat site. 

Even help desk number is worthless,not getting any response from them. 

How we should be anssure that VAT returns successfully uploaded. 

Finaly got the acknowledgement for Q3 VAT returns after complaining so many time...........

I too could download returned filed 231 and IIIE from newautomation website today. But havent received email from Mahavat in registered email a/c yet. On which Mazgaon telephone numbers you talked to Mahavat officials about problem. My numbers are not answered at all.

MVAT Q4-2016 Return date is 11th Apr to 10th May. Mahavat site has still not enabled it.

Any news on Q4 filing dates?

Nope, MVAT returns for Q4 is made enable.......we are filing it without any issues. 

What is last date for VAT Audit??

Hello Sarika, Last date for VAT Audit filing is 15th Jan. 2018 for F.Y. 2016- 17

E-filing of VAT Audit Report 704 due date has been extended to 15th Feb. 2018 for F.Y. 2016-17.
