The due date of Filing GSTR-1 for such taxpayers is 31-01-2019
Registered taxpayers with an annual turnover exceeding 1.5 crores need to file the GSTR 1 return by the 10th of the subsequent month.
The due date is 11th of next month. Therefore, for December 2018 due date will be 11.01.2018 but in some of cases system shows due date as 31.01.2019

For monthly GSTR1 the due date is 11/01/2019 and for quarterly GSTR1 it is 31/01/2019
