As per the new notification due date of fillinf Audit Report is exetended to 30th november 2014.but what about Income Tax Return.
As in the Income Tax Return Date of Furninishing audit is require to mention .
with this notification date of filling income tax return is also 30th november?

Yes, the due date to file the ITR Upload is to be clarified yet. Because, the Audit Report Filing Date should be mentioned in the ITR.
So, Assessees can have the time to upload the audit report upto Nov, 30,2014 (asseessee has the option to file Audit Report on any day upto Nov,30,2014) then how can the assessee mention the audit report date before two months (i.e., Sept,30) in ITR.
This is the TECHNICAL PROBLEM.

Simple Query but no clarification yet from such department.
Even if someone wants to file ITR before Audit Report then what date of Furnishing of Audit Report to be mentioned?
And Date of Audit Report?
As now audit report can be prepared and signed upto 30.11.2014.. so if the Audit Report is prepared and Signed on 01.11.2014 then how can be file the return before 01.11.2014 ?
Do we need to assume the Date of Audit Report and Date of Furnishing of Audit Report while filing ITR.
And Will the ITR accept Future Date?? :)
