2) What is the due date for 2nd Quarter's Service Tax Return(i.e. from 1st July 2012 to 30th Sept 2012)? Has the ST-3 return form been released yet?

I'm not talking about payment, I'm talking about Due Date for filing Service Tax Returns!
Due date for 1st qtr ST return was 25.11.2012
& for the 2nd qtr., form has not yet been released by the department.
SORRY ,I MIS READ THE Q AS ON MAKING ST PAYMENTS ...UCAN SEE ATTACHED FILEFOR ALL TYPES OF STATUTORY DATES .CHECK ATTACHED FILE AND SAVE IT.

Thanks! Is the due date for 2nd Quarter's Return 31/3/2013? Has it been uploaded yet? I heard it hasn't been released yet by the Department.

2nd Quarter return not yet released. It is indeed taking exeptionally long time to realese just the form...the TRU is having teething problems in doing the same. Hope it will be released in few days!!
