what is the due date for karnataka vat audit for the F.Y 2007-2008

Hi... It is nine months from the end of financial year. So, it is 31th December 2008 for F.Y. 2007-08.

The last date of submitting mvat audit report for F.Y. 2007-08 was 31st January,2009 and was extended upto 2nd March, 2009 subject to fulfillment of certain conditions as per circular from below link.

and wait for 2008-09 for announcement

hi shailesh

i hv gone thru the link given by u and got the details for submitting the vat audit report. I hv asked specifically for the acknowledgement cause my CA has given me a vat audit report which has no acknowledgement from Sales tax dept.
