Dear Everybody,
can anyone say me the last date for filing of Income Tax Returns for the Assesses whose accounts need to be audited Under Section 44AB.
I have seen notification in INcome Tax Site but i am not understanding, that notification is talking about only Furnishing of Audit Report under relevant section.
Please let me know as soon as possible.
for return it is 30/09/14 & for tax audit report it is 30/11/14
so return r to be filled on due dte only i.e 30/09/14 but report can filled up to 30/11/14
Till now there is no change in the due date for filing returns.. It is only for the report the date has been extended.. Hope that CBDT will come out with further clarification in this regard..
