service tax is based on receipt system. A amt received on 31 march is to be deposited on 31 march itself. but how is it possible if i receive direct credit to my a/c on 31 march 5 p.m., i have already deposited the service tax before 5 pm.

Service tax can be deposit till 8.00pm every day through e-net.
but how is it possible if i depost after 8 pm. is there prov. in law to deposit tax relating to receipt in 31 march to april
